These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Massage At Door Step website and the doorstep massage therapy services we provide in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, or booking an appointment with us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the online form, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. About Our Service

Massage At Door Step provides professional therapeutic massage at the client’s residence, guest house or hotel room within Hyderabad, Secunderabad and nearby localities. Our therapies include Swedish or relaxation massage, deep tissue and stretching massage, sports massage, Ayurvedic oil massage and foot massage. All services are strictly professional, therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.

2. Strictly Professional Service

Our therapy is provided for relaxation, muscular relief and general well-being only. Any request, suggestion, gesture or behaviour of a sexual nature will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund, and the client will be permanently refused service. Where appropriate, such incidents will be reported to the police. We reserve the absolute right to decline or end any appointment where the therapist feels unsafe, disrespected or uncomfortable.

3. Bookings And Confirmation

• Appointments may be requested by phone, WhatsApp, email or through the enquiry form on this website.
• A booking is confirmed only when we verbally or in writing confirm the date, time, service and price. Submitting a website form is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
• You must provide a complete address including landmark, floor and lift availability, and a reachable mobile number.
• Bookings are accepted only from adults aged eighteen years or above.

4. Pricing And Payment

• Prices depend on the therapy chosen, the session duration and your location, and are confirmed before the therapist travels.
• Payment is due immediately after the session, by cash or UPI, unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance.
• A travel charge may apply for distant localities and will always be disclosed at the time of booking.
• Prices displayed or quoted on this website are indicative and may be revised without prior notice.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling And No-Shows

• Please inform us at least two hours before the appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling is free.
• If the therapist has already travelled to your address and the session is cancelled, or if nobody is available at the address, a reasonable travel charge may be payable.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases no charge applies and we will offer the earliest alternative slot.
• Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being declined or an advance payment being requested.

6. Punctuality And Session Duration

Session time begins at the scheduled appointment time. If you are not ready when the therapist arrives, the session may be shortened so that later appointments are not affected, and the full agreed fee remains payable. If the therapist is delayed by traffic or an earlier session, we will inform you as soon as possible and the full duration you booked will be honoured wherever practical.

7. Client Health Disclosure

You are responsible for informing us, before treatment begins, of any medical condition, injury, surgery, pregnancy, skin condition, allergy, infection, blood pressure or heart condition, diabetes, blood clotting disorder or medication that may affect the safety or suitability of massage. Massage may be unsuitable in certain conditions, and we may decline to treat you or recommend that you consult a doctor first. We accept no liability for any consequence arising from information that was withheld, incomplete or inaccurate.

8. Not A Substitute For Medical Care

Massage therapy is a complementary wellness service. It is not a medical treatment, diagnosis or cure for any disease or condition, and it does not replace consultation with a qualified doctor, physiotherapist or other healthcare professional. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Always seek professional medical advice for any health problem, and never delay doing so because of information found here.

9. Environment At The Client’s Premises

• Please provide a clean, quiet, well-lit and adequately ventilated space of approximately two metres by one and a half metres for the massage table.
• Pets must be kept in a separate room during the session.
• The client is responsible for the safety and suitability of the premises, including secure flooring and access.
• Consumption of alcohol or intoxicating substances before or during a session is not permitted, and the therapist may decline to proceed.
• Sessions may be declined where a third party present at the premises behaves inappropriately or makes the therapist uncomfortable.

10. Hygiene

We supply freshly laundered linen, clean towels and sanitised equipment for every client. Clients are requested to be freshly showered before the appointment. We may decline a session, at our discretion, where hygiene or an active contagious condition such as fever, infection, open wound or a communicable skin condition presents a risk to either party.

11. Satisfaction Commitment

We take pride in our work. If you feel that our massage service and technique did not relax your body as promised, please tell the therapist before payment so the concern can be addressed. This commitment is offered in good faith and applies to the quality of the therapy delivered; it does not apply where a session is cut short by the client, where health information was withheld, or where the terms of clause 2 have been breached.

12. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any service provided shall not exceed the amount paid for that particular session. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for the aggravation of any pre-existing condition that was not disclosed to us, or for any loss or damage to property except where directly caused by our proven negligence. Temporary muscle soreness after deep tissue or sports massage is a normal and expected outcome, not a defect in the service.

13. Website Content And Intellectual Property

All text, images, layout, graphics and design on this website are the property of Massage At Door Step or are used under licence, and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, republish, copy or distribute any part of this website without our prior written permission. Website content is provided for general information only and may be changed at any time without notice.

14. Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party websites and services such as WhatsApp and mapping providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of any external site.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with our services or this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page. Your continued use of the website or our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
